From a small Distillery on the Isles of Scilly this wonderful Atlantic Strength Gin has been created to accompany the Scilly Isles Dry Gin. Juniper forward on the nose with savoury herbal notes of Dill and fresh fennel, closing with cedar wood. On the palate you can expect fresh mint and fennel, followed by a spicy warmth from Cardamom and pepper. Closing with
soft citrus sweetness. Perfect served with a sprig of mint and a plain premium mixer. Flavoured tonics aren’t advised by the distiller.

Fabulous gin tasting experience. We had a top-class private party brilliantly hosted by Paul and Mel in a lovely setting. We learned a lot about gin, both the process and the composition. Our selection had been carefully chosen and Mel was so knowledgeable about the gins we were tasting. Great value for money and a fun evening.
