This is an infused Gin which has been run through the still numerous times to capture the creaminess of the avocado.

Fabulous gin tasting experience. We had a top-class private party brilliantly hosted by Paul and Mel in a lovely setting. We learned a lot about gin, both the process and the composition. Our selection had been carefully chosen and Mel was so knowledgeable about the gins we were tasting. Great value for money and a fun evening.
