Developed by the team at Pocketful of Stones Distillery. Caspyn is a classic dry gin, with lots of floral notes from hibiscus flowers and citrus notes delivered by lemon, orange peel, lemon grass and verbena, all seeping through to bring a freshness and sherberty finish on the palate. Being Juniper forward this gin is perfect to use when making a negroni or a dry martini.
Pair with a plain premium mixer and garnish with a slice of orange.
