Colwith Farm Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
We take our award-winning Dry Gin and pitch in fresh rhubarb and ginger root. Then we wait. Only when the Head Distiller deems it ready, we rack off the fruit and spice then hand bottle this complex gin in individual batches. Perfect served neat on ice or paired with ginger ale, garnished with a rhubarb stalk.
Love this on the rocks, but equally adore it as a refreshing long drink served with Ginger ale and plenty of ice.
