Harris Gin

We loved this gin so much we decided to stock it, despite it being outside of the Southwest! Sugar kelp seaweed is the key ingredient, gathered substainably by hand from local sea lochs.

Sugar kelp works in harmony alongside these 7 other botanicals. Juniper, coriander seeds, cubebs, cassia bark, Angelica root, bitter orange peel and liquorice root.

This gin is so smooth, crisp and clean, all it needs is a plain premium mixer and a few cubes of ice.
