Island Gin

The sea surrounding this little distillery supplies the islands water which features in every bottle of this GIn. 6 Botanicals have been chosen based upon the history of the shipwreck in 1665 where the crew were found to be carrying Juniper and pepper. On the nose, herbal notes of lime leaf and cardamom are noted. The gin delivers a soft citrus with Juniper on the fore, a fruity peppery note and subtle spice. The savoury tones of cardamom are balanced with sweetness from orange.

Complete and rounded in the mouth, with soft citrus and juniper on the fore, followed by layers of fennel and a fruity peppery note. Garnish with lime and mix with a plain premium mixer.
