A full flavoured, exceptionally smooth Cornish Gin that carries an abundance of coastal characteristics. 15 Botanicals have been chosen and blended to achieve this smooth spirit to include 6 locally foraged herbs and flowers from the Cornish Coastline. Heather, Rock samphire, Gorse flower, Apple mint, water mint and Lemon thyme to name but a few.
A plain mixer is recommended, ice and a sprig of thyme.
