Old Tom Gin is a little sweeter than a London Dry. This one's no exception to that rule, but not too sweet to put off the gin purists out there. Infused with Seville orange peel, star anise and liquorice root at the point of distillation to give an extra kick of flavour. The gin has been infused with marmalade for 2 weeks and the ABV has been brought down to 40% by adding hand squeezed orange juice.
Perfect as a sipping gin over ice or for a longer drink, pour over a plain premium mixer and garnish with a twist of orange.
