Salcombe Gin's Midnight Sun is inspired by the wild Nordic regions where daylight stays during the night. The bottled phenomenon combines hand-picked seaberries and elderberries with the creative use of kelp and pine to give a new perspective on complex flavour combinations.
This delicate combination of floral elderflower and fresh pine with a hint of berry sweetness and herbaceous dill is full of flavour. The finish is long and lingering, with sweetness making way for elderberry tartness, dryness from sage and pine, and a lasting sense of the sea from the subtle flavours of kelp.

Fantastic gin shop that also produces its own excellent quality local gin. I can thoroughly recommend their gin tasting evenings where they host small private groups. The owners made the evening very welcoming as hosts. We tried several different gins, along with snacks and nibbles, and learned a lot – while really enjoying the experience.
