This 57% ABV spirit has been resting in an ex bourbon barrel for a minimum of 6 months, giving it a truly unique taste, along with a vibrant colour. Originating from Tennessee, the charred oak barrels once held Bourbon whiskey for 3 years, and a heavily charred interior causes an infusion of flavour into this magnificent spirit.

A massive variety of artisan gins, super friendly team too!
Fantastic gin shop that also produces its own excellent quality local gin. I can thoroughly recommend their gin tasting evenings where they host small private groups. The owners made the evening very welcoming as hosts. We tried several different gins, along with snacks and nibbles, and learned a lot – while really enjoying the experience.
