Pilgrim and Galaxy Hop Gin

The story of hops in beer is as old and convoluted as that of juniper in spirits—and just as delicious. Taking the exciting Tasmanian-grown Galaxy hop, the distiller has released all of its peach and passionfruit flavours. Then they paired it with the more local Pilgrim, whose spicy citrus character gave it even more depth. By adding a host of contemporary botanicals, they were able to produce one of their most full-bodied gins.
