Rosemullion Distillery opened in 2018. They produce small batches of gin using their bespoke, hand-built copper still. The water used in the process for their Cornish gin is harvested from Cornish rainwater. They produce small batches of 300 bottles at a time, ensuring that their spirits remain faithful to the artisan process of their craft.
