A unique liquid garnish handcrafted with olive, coastal botanicals and Cornish sea salt will elevate your experience of the Rosé Sainte Marie
In a tall glass, pour one large part Salcombe Gin ‘Rosé Sainte Marie’, then three parts Premium Indian Tonic Water with a slice of strawberry and a twist of lemon peel. Stir gently and finish with two sprays of ‘Seamist’ over the top of the glass.

Fantastic gin shop that also produces its own excellent quality local gin. I can thoroughly recommend their gin tasting evenings where they host small private groups. The owners made the evening very welcoming as hosts. We tried several different gins, along with snacks and nibbles, and learned a lot – while really enjoying the experience.
