A contemporary take on a lasso e London dry gin, distilled with 12 botanicals sourced from across the globe and foraged locally along the Cornish coast. Crisp piney notes from the juniper balance with fresh citrus from the orange blossom with hints of cardamom finishing with bright floral notes.

Best served with a plain mixer, ice and slice of red grapefruit and sprig of thyme.
